This month sees the start of a new group for Cathedral seniors – an opportunity to get to know one another over coffee and cake and hear about topics that are interesting and helpful.
The first of these monthly gatherings will be a meet and greet on Friday 21 January 2022 in the upstairs room in the Amigo Hall. Those interested in attending are invited to meet after the 12.30pm Mass; finish by 2.30pm. Tea, coffee and homemade cakes will be available.
On Friday 25 February, after the 12.30pm Mass, we have the second meeting of our Cathedral seniors group – an opportunity to get to know one another over coffee and cake and hear about interesting and helpful topics.
Those interested in attending are invited to meet after the 12.30pm Mass in the Amigo Hall; finish by 2.30pm. Mónica del Palacio, from Scared Heart, Wimbledon, will be giving us a short talk on the Prodigal Son painting with scripture reading. Monica is an art historian who has taken guided tours to places such as the Hermitage in Saint Petersburg.
