What does it mean for us to be members of the Church? How are we growing in our sense of communion, mission, and participation?

Catholic parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Southwark have been called to consider these and other questions as they take part in the local Church phase of the 2021-23 Synod on Synodality. Our parish Synodal delegates are Teresa Lüdenbach and Gisela Garcia-Escuela.
 
The parish will be hosting listening sessions on the following dates:
 

  • Wednesday 3rd November – whole parish Zoom at 8pm (for log-in, e-mail synod@stgeorges.org.uk)
  • Tuesday 9 November – open session immediately following 12.30pm Mass (Amigo Hall);
  • Thursday 11th November – young adults (18-35) in-person meeting at 6.30pm (Amigo Hall)
  • Sunday 14th November – whole parish in-person meeting at 7.15pm (Amigo Hall)
